Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
- Split the lobsters in half and brush with the butter mixture.
- Broil the lobsters for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
