Instructions

  2. Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  3. Remove lobsters and let them cool.
  4. In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter mixture.
  6. Split the lobsters in half and brush with the butter mixture.
  7. Broil the lobsters for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
