- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a ball around the end of each skewer.
- Place the skewers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
