A delicious lobster lasagna recipe that combines layers of pasta, creamy sauce, and tender lobster meat.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add half of the lobster meat on top of the ricotta.
- Pour one cup of heavy cream over the lobster.
- Repeat layers with more noodles, marinara, ricotta, lobster, and cream.
- Top with remaining noodles and marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Can substitute crab meat if desired.
- Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
