Description

A delicious lobster lasagna recipe that combines layers of pasta, creamy sauce, and tender lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Add half of the lobster meat on top of the ricotta.
  8. Pour one cup of heavy cream over the lobster.
  9. Repeat layers with more noodles, marinara, ricotta, lobster, and cream.
  10. Top with remaining noodles and marinara sauce.
  11. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  12. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  13. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
  • Can substitute crab meat if desired.
  • Make ahead and refrigerate before baking.
