Description

A rich and creamy lobster lasagna layered with tender pasta and a savory cheese blend.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by half of the lobster and a layer of mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and marinara sauce on top.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
