Lobster Imperial is a delicious seafood dish featuring lobster meat baked in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 lobsters, cooked and meat removed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add lobster meat, green onions, and half the breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- Serve with a side salad or crusty bread.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use leftover lobster or crab if preferred.
