Description
Lobster hors d’oeuvres are bite-sized appetizers made with fresh lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Add lobster meat, celery, and red onion to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill phyllo pastry cups with the lobster mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cups are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- These can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
