- 2 lobsters
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobsters in half lengthwise.
- Brush the marinade on the lobster meat.
- Place the lobsters on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
