Description
A delicious lobster grilled cheese sandwich made with fresh lobster meat and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 4 oz lobster meat
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix lobster meat with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in a pan.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese, then the lobster mixture, and top with another slice of cheddar cheese.
- Cover with the second slice of bread butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from pan and cut in half.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- You can substitute cheese based on your preference.
- Serve with a side of chips or salad.
