A delicious grilled cheese sandwich featuring succulent lobster.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, layer cheddar cheese, lobster mixture, and more cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.

- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Feel free to experiment with different cheeses.
