- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
- Remove the meat from the shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Add the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture back into the lobster shells.
