Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
