- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into fries and soak in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
- Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat the cheese sauce and stir in the chopped lobster meat.
- Once the fries are done, top them with the lobster and cheese sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional toppings like jalapenos or bacon.
- For a spicier kick, add hot sauce to the cheese sauce.
