- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into fries.
- Toss the fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Remove the fries from the oven and top with lobster meat and cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
