Description

Ingredients

- 2 lobsters (about 1 1/2 pounds each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Cooked pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Boil lobsters in salted water for 8 minutes, then remove and cool.
- Split lobsters in half and remove the meat.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and white wine.
- Simmer for 15 minutes; season with salt.
- Add lobster meat to skillet; cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked pasta; garnish with parsley.
