Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the white wine and lemon juice. Heat over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cream and gradually add the cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix the cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and add to the mixture to thicken.
- Add the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with bread cubes for dipping.
