- 12 escargot, cleaned
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chopped lobster meat and stir until well combined.
