Ingredients

- 1 cup lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
