Description
A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs using lobster.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add the lobster, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
- Fill the egg whites with the lobster mixture.
- Garnish with chives before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
- These can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
