Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mashed potatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Dip each croquette in beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry croquettes until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
