- 2 cups cooked lobster meat
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 cup lettuce
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- On one slice of bread, layer lettuce, lobster mixture, bacon, and tomato.
- Top with another slice of bread and repeat the layering process.
- Finish with the final slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
