Ingredients

- 2 lobster claws
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobster claws and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove claws and let them cool.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and salt, mixing well.
- Remove the meat from the claws and place it in the pan.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
