Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lobster chunks and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
