Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and lobster meat.
- Add milk and chives, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
