Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix lobster meat, cooked rice, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
