Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let cool, then chop into pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add lobster pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over lobster and stir to coat.
- Add green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken sauce.
- Serve hot.
