Delicious lobster cakes, perfect for a special occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
