Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
