Delicious lobster cakes perfect for a birthday celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be served with a side salad.
