Delicious lobster cakes made with fresh lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Pair with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- You can bake the cakes instead of frying for a healthier option.
