Ingredients

- 1 large lobster tail
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the lobster tail until cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, and lobster.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan.
- Spoon the lobster mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve with additional lime wedges if desired.
