Delicious lobster burgers for seafood lovers
Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Toast the hamburger buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce and tomato.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- These burgers can be grilled as well.
