Ingredients

- 400g bucatini pasta
- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bucatini according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add chopped lobster and mix well.
- Drain bucatini and add to the pan.
- Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
