- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry lobster bites until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- These can also be baked at 400°F for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
