- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine lobster meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
