Ingredients

- 4 lobsters
- 1 pound of clams
- 1 pound of mussels
- 4 ears of corn, halved
- 1 pound of baby potatoes
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 lemon, quartered
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and add sea salt.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the clams and mussels, corn, and potatoes.
- Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain the water.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon.

- Ensure all shellfish are closed before cooking.
