Ingredients

- 2 lobsters (1.5 lbs each)
- 4 ears of corn, husked and halved
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.
- Add corn to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and corn.
- In a large baking dish, combine the lobsters, potatoes, and corn.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the butter mixture over the lobster and vegetables.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes for a nice finish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Ensure lobsters are alive before cooking.
- Feel free to add other seafood like shrimp or clams.
