Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in chopped lobster, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.

- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Can substitute crab for lobster if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
