Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add grits to boiling water and reduce heat.
- Stir occasionally until grits are creamy, about 20 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper to grits.
- In a separate pan, heat lobster meat until warm.
- Serve lobster over grits and garnish with chives.
