Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Add sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Add lobster and crab meat, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
