Description
A rich and creamy seafood soup made with lobster and crab.
Ingredients

- 1 lb lobster meat
- 1 lb crab meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Add lobster and crab meat, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be garnished with fresh herbs.
