- 4 quarts of water
- 1/4 cup sea salt
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water.
- Add sea salt to the water and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, carefully add the live lobsters to the pot.
- Cover the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobsters and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon.
