Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 lobster (1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the lobster. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Remove the lobster, let it cool, and then remove the meat from the shell.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add heavy cream and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the lobster meat to the skillet and heat through.
  8. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce. Garnish with parsley.
