Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the lemon mixture into the whipped cream.
- Add vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
