- 1/2 cup lemon curd for filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Shape dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Make a thumbprint in each ball.
- Fill each thumbprint with lemon curd.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
