- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container (8 oz) cool whip
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add in lemon zest and mix well.
- Gently fold in cool whip until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute fresh lemon juice with bottled lemon juice.
- Top with additional cool whip or lemon slices before serving.
