Description
A simple dish to use leftover lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover lobster meat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions)
- 1 cup cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté until soft.
- Stir in lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and cream, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any leftover pasta if available.
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
- This dish can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
