Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and paprika.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the lobster mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with a green salad.
- Use fresh or frozen lobster meat.
