Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and carrot. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add tomato paste and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add langostino lobster meat and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
  9. Serve hot.
