Description
A rich and creamy soup made with langostino lobster.
Ingredients

- 1 pound langostino lobster meat
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup carrot, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion, celery, and carrot. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato paste and paprika. Mix well.
- Pour in seafood stock and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add langostino lobster meat and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh or frozen langostino lobster meat.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
