Description
Lamb chops served over creamy lobster mash with tender asparagus.
Ingredients

			- 4 lamb chops
 - 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
 - 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
 - Drain the potatoes and mash them with heavy cream and butter.
 - Fold in the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
 - Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
 - Meanwhile, steam the asparagus until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
 - Plate the lobster mash and top with the lamb chops and asparagus.
 
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for best flavor.
 - Adjust seasoning to your preference.
 - Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
