Lamb chops served over creamy lobster mash with tender asparagus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and mash them with heavy cream and butter.
  3. Fold in the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Meanwhile, steam the asparagus until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Plate the lobster mash and top with the lamb chops and asparagus.
