Description
Delicious mini lobster rolls made with Kings Hawaiian bread.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 Kings Hawaiian sweet mini rolls
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Spread butter on the cut sides of the rolls.
- Toast the rolls on a skillet until golden brown.
- Spoon the lobster mixture into each roll.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute with crab meat if desired.
