- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or pan-fry the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Meanwhile, in a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add asparagus and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the asparagus and stir.
- Serve the steaks with the cheesy asparagus on the side.
Notes
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Adjust cooking time based on steak thickness.
