Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
- Form dough into balls and roll in a mixture of cinnamon and erythritol.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
